You will have async access to me through the week for everything else. Slack, PR threads, whatever your team already uses; I slot into that rather than making you maintain a separate channel for me.
I ship features, fix things, clean up the places that have been bothering you, and the team. Architecture decisions get made with me in the room. And certainly not after the fact, when it's already painful to change.
Two passes on anything I write. The first pass is me thinking on the page. The second is me making sure it'll hold.
